Taste Note: It starts with the fresh smell of fruity green apples. It goes with sweetness mixed with a level of acidity, ripe fruit, hints of orange, and honey. It finishes with a lingering and sweet taste.
Winemaking Process: Grapes from 50 to 60 different crus, or growing areas, are used to produce the Vueve Cliquot Brut Yellow Label. The blending team must also comb through a high proportion of reserve wines kept for 10 to 20 years, to ensure the continuity of the House style.
